FAQ: Indoor Trampoline Parks in Austin

1. What age is best for visiting trampoline parks?

Most trampoline parks in Austin welcome jumpers as young as 3 years old, with designated toddler times or separate play zones. Teens and adults can enjoy advanced attractions like ninja courses, dodgeball, and slam dunk zones. Always check the park’s website for age-specific restrictions.

2. Do I need to sign a waiver before jumping?

Yes, waivers are required for all participants at every trampoline park. You can typically sign online ahead of your visit to save time at check-in.

3. What should I wear to a trampoline park?

Comfortable, athletic clothing is best—no zippers, belts, or jewelry. All parks require grip socks (usually available for purchase onsite) to prevent slipping and ensure hygiene.

4. Can adults jump too, or is it just for kids?

Absolutely! Many Austin trampoline parks are designed for all ages. Adults can enjoy open jump areas, fitness classes, and challenge zones. Some even host adult-only nights or fitness sessions.

5. How much does it cost to visit a trampoline park in Austin?

Prices vary by location but typically range from $14–$25 per hour. Many parks offer multi-hour jump passes, family bundles, birthday packages, or memberships for regular visitors.

Austin Trampoline Park Etiquette: What Every Jumper Should Know

To keep the fun safe and stress-free for everyone, follow these trampoline park etiquette rules:

  • One jumper per square: Never share a trampoline square with others—this helps avoid collisions and injuries.

  • Watch your surroundings: Always check before jumping into foam pits, dodgeball courts, or tumbling lanes.

  • No double bouncing: Don’t try to boost someone else’s bounce. It’s dangerous and can cause injury.

  • Respect height zones: Some areas are reserved for younger kids. Let them have their space to play safely.

  • Follow staff instructions: They’re there for your safety—listen to posted rules and any directions from park employees.

  • No flips unless allowed: Many parks restrict flips to certain areas or skill levels to prevent accidents.

Arrive Early for Prime Viewing

Scope Out Your Vantage Point

Make sure trees or buildings won’t block your sightline.

Prioritize Comfort for All Ages (and Paws)

Bring chairs, water, snacks, bug spray, and headphones for kids. It’s extra hot for pups, so be sure to bring some water for your furry companions too.

Pack Smart: Essentials for the Wait

Don’t forget lightweight chairs or a blanket, effective bug spray, a flashlight, and a portable phone charger. Water and snacks are also a good idea for the wait.

Capture Dazzling Photos

Strategize Your Departure

Park a few blocks away or pre-plan rideshare pickups. And, most importantly, pack your patience!
