Austin MLK Day March, Festival, and Food Drive

The day starts with a march from the UT campus to the Capitol, and the day ends with the MLK Community Festival at Huston-Tillotson University. (Marchers are encouraged to bring canned goods and non-perishable food items to donate to the Central Texas Food Bank.)

After the march, the festival continues featuring live music, vendors, and engaging activities for all ages. Join the community in celebrating Dr. King’s legacy.

Free parking is also available at various locations listed on the Austin MLK website.
