Removing things that do not work for you. Bringing in vitality, so you have enough energy to move forward into this period of Renewal and Healing.
Kriya in this workshop will “Work on the Metabolism”.
“P” fruit (pear, peach, or plum, etc), which are full of antioxidants, are needed for this Kriya.
During some of the exercises, we’ll hold the fruit in our hands. This will transfer energy build up in the hands to the fruit and
super charge its antioxidants.
We’ll eat the fruit right after we finish the Kriya.
Meditation to follow the Kriya will focus on balancing our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
