Their Veterans Day Celebration begins at 3 pm with their military & first Responders static vehicle display along with vendors who are veteran-owned businesses, vendors who will be offering services to our Veterans, family activities, food trucks, LIVE music, and more!

17th Annual “Heroes and Hot Rods” Veterans Day Cruise-In and Car Show

The 17th Annual “Heroes & Hot Rods” Veterans Day Cruise In & Car Show is a free event in downtown Bastrop, Texas, that honors veterans and features classic cars. The event takes place on Friday evening and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. There will be a Veterans ceremony at 11:00 AM on Saturday.

T.H.E. 2023 Veterans Day 5K
The Veterans Day 5K is an annual event to appreciate veterans and their service to the nation. It is now operated by the non-profit Evolution of Health and is tax-deductible. The event also collects Toys for Tots and food for the Round Rock Area Serving Center.
Registration is waived for those participating in the Williamson County Indigent Health Care Program.

City of Kyle Veterans Day Parade

The annual City of Kyle Veterans Day Parade will take place on the Saturday before Veterans Day. The parade will begin at Gregg-Clarke Park and travel west along Center Street, ending at Front Street on the City Square. After the parade, there will be a celebration at Mary Kyle Hartson Park with live music, market vendors, and family-friendly activities.
