Driskill Tree Lighting

The Driskill is welcoming the holiday season by lighting up their elegant Christmas tree.
As always, they’re celebrating the holidays by helping others. This event is held in partnership with Austin Statesman’s Season for Caring Fund. Proceeds will be donated to the charity and will be used to support families in receiving healthcare, education, and household utilities, among other things.

Chuy’s Children Giving to Children Toy Drive
This Christmas season, teach kids the importance of giving to those less fortunate. Chuy’s is again supporting the Austin Police Department’s Operation Blue Santa Program.
Bring over new, unwrapped toys and donations to any of the Chuy’s locations in Austin to make someone else’s Christmas a little bit brighter.

Community First! Village of Lights

Community First! Village is the perfect place to celebrate the season. Their Village of Lights features thousands of lights dancing to holiday music.
They also have a holiday market with artists offering unique handmade crafts. When you want to wind down, head over to the Community Cinema to watch classic Christmas movies.
Keep an eye out too! Santa will be visiting, inviting you to take some photos with him!

Light the Night Christmas Parade

Fredericksburg is welcoming the holiday season with a grand parade! Join the community and line the streets as you watch 160 entries travel down the road.
After the parade, you’re invited to Marktplatz for Afterglow! Enjoy local food and drinks and get cute photos with Santa.

Bethlehem Village
This Christmas Season, take the kids to Bethelem Village and witness the history of what we know as Christmas today.
You’ll get to watch a reenactment of the birth of Jesus Christ. From the Roman soldiers to the birth in the manger, this show will put you in the Christmas spirit.
