Breathe Freely

There is power in breath. There is power in community. The “Breathe Freely” Yoga Circle balances the two to create something more – peace. Breathe Freely is a somatic-based Hatha yoga practice focused on mental and physical wellness. Our intention is to invite Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) to boldly take up space and gently listen in to the voice within that connects us to the intuitive wisdom of our ancestors. Through somatic, trauma-informed, movement meditation and breathwork, we embody and facilitate deep, restful practices that change our physical and emotional response to stress and trauma. There is power in peace.
