AHS Pet Food Pantry Event

Today, more than ever, what animals bring to people’s lives is paramount. When the stress of this time is all is too thick, they help us to be mindful and present – breakfast and dinner MUST happen right on time, throwing the ball and waving the feather wand is important for everyone involved, and of course, they comfort and make us laugh with full body tail wags, purrs and snuggles. Animals give us hope. Something we can all use more of right now. They are there for people during this unprecedented time and always. Thanks to our partnership with H-E-B and the generosity of the Turner Family and Firehouse Animal Health Center, we are able to continue to serve the animals and their families in our community. This Saturday, AHS will be providing free cat and dog food to our community. The AHS Pet Food Pantry Event will be taking place in the parking lot of our shelter, located at 124 W. Anderson Lane, 78752.
The December 5th event will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE DISTRIBUTING FOOD ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.
