Austin Parks Foundation — Rock & Recycle, Divert It! & Electrolit Hydration Stations
You can enjoy ACL Fest and give a little love back to Austin’s green spaces at the same time. Through its partnership with Austin Parks Foundation, the festival runs several initiatives that make a difference beyond the stages.

Divert It! volunteers help you sort waste and compost correctly, while Electrolit Hydration Stations offer free filtered water refills for your reusable bottle.

Some ACL activities are easy to find on the festival map. This one is part of the fun precisely because it isn’t.
Disco Dive Secret Hang keeps its location under wraps, offering festival-goers a little mystery alongside air conditioning, DJs, and specialty cocktails.

When: Both weekends, 12 pm – 10 pm
Where: Somewhere toward the southern end of Zilker Park; the location is intentionally omitted from the official map
How Much: Free to enter; specialty cocktails cost extra
Know Before You Go
While all festival activities and installations are located within Zilker Park in central Austin, attendees staying in surrounding suburbs like Round Rock, Westlake, Cedar Park, or South Austin should plan transportation.
Parking directly at Zilker Park is prohibited during festival weekends, so utilizing the free CapMetro shuttles from Downtown Austin or ridesharing to designated drop-off spots near Barton Springs Road offers the smoothest access to the grounds.
