Whether you have diet restrictions or just want to get your hands on a flourless sweet treat, the following gluten-free bakeries in Austin will satisfy your sweet tooth. Check them out!
Thanks to some of the brands in this article that offered sample products at no charge to me. All opinions are my own.
1/ Zucchini Kill
Don’t let the name fool you. Not everything in this bakery contains zucchini. However, everything IS certified vegan, as well as soy- and gluten-free.
You can also find these baked and packaged donuts, cupcakes, and breads at Counter Culture, Book People, Buzz Mill, and Machine Head Coffee.
This bakery will even make custom cakes with 72-hour notice. Just send the business an email and let them know what you’d like, and the team will reach out to talk through the details.

2/ Thai Fresh
In addition to high-quality authentic Thai food, gluten-free goodies are also making their way out of the Thai Fresh kitchen under the direction of pastry chef Autumn Roe.
Although Thai Fresh is not a certified gluten-free kitchen, freshly-made goodies–from Thai sticky rice to cookies and French chocolate mousse–are available and made with gluten-free ingredients.
Did I mention many of the baked goods Thai Fresh offers are also vegan? Head on over to indulge!

4/ Wilder Wood Restaurant & Bar

If you’re not looking for dessert (just a meal that tastes like dessert), might I suggest an item on the Sunday brunch menu? You can’t go wrong with the fluffy Belgian waffle, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
