Austin Park N Pizza is passionate about their brand and reputation. They’ve recently made some big changes to drive that point home.
New Management, New Vision
Sean Milberger recently took the reigns as general manager of Austin Park N Pizza, and he’s made bold moves to update the menu and attractions. I recently had the opportunity to visit Austin Park N Pizza and see the changes myself.
In the past, the biggest complaint about Austin Park N Pizza was the menu. Visitors felt the pizza buffet was sub-par and the salad bar diminutive. In response, Sean and his kitchen crew redesigned their crust recipe, giving it more body and texture. During my visit, I tasted a variety of their pizza. I can attest to a big step up since my last visit and I think Sean Milberger is headed in the right direction.
If you’re more vegetable minded, Austin Park N Pizza has expanded their salad bar options to roughly 30 choices, which should satisfy plenty of health conscious customers.

The attractions have been tweaked as well. The spacious arcade area features plenty of modern ticket games, as well as tried and true classics like skee ball, air hockey and arcade games that go bang, boom, and vroom.
The arcade area is also home to a new rock climbing wall and a new ride called the Little Shot. Little Shot is similar to a bungee drop ride, where youngsters shoot up 22 ft in the air, then drop back down in stages. Don’t forget the laser tag upstairs.
The outdoor area of Austin Park N Pizza has received enhancements as well. The outdoor rock climbing structure has been dismantled and a mini go-kart track named Austin Zoo Safari has been added. This brings the go-kart track total to three, accompanied by two 18 hole mini golf courses, batting cages, bumper boats, and three new carnival style rides: Fiesta Express, Fire Chief, and Balloons in the Park.

Pricing for Everyone
There is so much going on at Austin Park N Pizza and many ways to partake in the festivities. A tiered pricing plan and an a la cart option for attractions gives everyone an opportunity to experience the park. It should be noted that the arcade games and batting cages require a rechargeable game card. This also applies to those who purchase the All Day Unlimited Fun Pass. That particular pass is 25.00 for adults.
The snack bar provides respite with a variety of beverages
$25 may sound pricey, but we’re talking about an all-day pass. Visitors can even come and go as they please. So when little Timmy and Suzy are tuckered out from go-karts and mini golf, take them home for a nap, and bring them back for dinner.
Adults over 21 may be happy to know that besides the soda and tea at the pizza buffet, Austin Park N Pizza also has a snack bar on the arcade floor that sells beer. There’s no better way to mend the wounded pride that comes with losing a laser tag match against a phalanx of adolescents. Not that I would know anything about that.
Austin Park N Pizza is open seven days a week. Their hours vary slightly between summer and the school year. As always, the best thing to do is visit their website for prices, hours and party rates.

Umm, I was just there Saturday night. I see absolutely no changes from the past. The pizzas were all just as horrible as before. The drink glasses are kid sized, I’d guess they might hold about four ounces of beverage with the ice. They close the buffet at 8, which means they also turn off all of the fountain drinks. Half of the batting cages were either out of order or malfunctioning.
The water features around the mini golf looked toxic and smell rancid. Then there was one that wasn’t functional and empty.
Atleast they could go back to the free arcade games.
For the price you pay the quality should be better than it is.
