Do you like wine, fine dining, and music? If so, you should be at the 13th annual Wine, Dine and Jazz Festival held at the luxurious Horseshoe Bay Resort.
The annual fall festival is shaping up to be an enchanting weekend of culinary and musical delight. Here’s what to expect this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 10-11, 2017.
Celebrity Chef Cooking Demonstrations
Friday evening will kick off Wine, Dine and Jazz Festival, with a five-course dinner by Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Executive Chef Jay Hunter. Hunter, who recently co-hosted dinner at James Beard House, will be collaborating with other celebrity chefs to create a dazzling menu, complete with wine pairings from Texas Hill Country.
Saturday attendees can catch numerous celebrity chefs in action, with live cooking demonstrations from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Don’t miss Chef Danushka Lysek, winner of “24 Hour Restaurant Battle,” who will be creating cultural foods inspired by her travels. Watch as Justin Turner, former winner of “Chopped” and current owner of Bernie’s Burger Bus, shows you a thing or two in the kitchen. Finally, Amy Kritzer, author of “Sweet Noshings” and founder of the food blog “What Jew Wanna Eat,” will conclude the festival cooking demos.

Is it weird that I hope HEB wins the Silver Spoon award? They did so much for Hurricane Harvey victims, and they are such a good community member. #ilovemyheb
