Morning Jo’s Run Club

Begin your day with the Morning Jo’s Run Club, a welcoming community that meets every week at 6:00 AM on South Congress. This group is perfectly suited for both beginner and intermediate runners who enjoy the energy of a large group and are looking to expand their social circle.

Desnudo Run Club

The Desnudo Run Club offers a super laid-back environment that is particularly well-suited for beginners and those looking for a low-pressure workout.

Each session begins with a quick collective stretch before participants head out along the Boggy Creek Trail for a one-mile walk or a three-to-five-mile run at various paces. The experience ends with the group gathering at Desnudo afterward to enjoy coffee together.

Your Mother’s Run Crew

Your Mother’s Run Crew is an all-female run club dedicated to the mission of ensuring that no woman ever has to run alone.

This community is an excellent choice for beginners and those seeking a mission-backed group, offering options for three or five-mile runs at paces ranging from eight to thirteen minutes, as well as a dedicated walking group.

Yoga + Chill at Fareground

Experience a refreshing start to your morning with Yoga + Chill at Fareground, a weekly event hosted by Swift Fit Events in the heart of the city. Held every Sunday at the outdoor plaza located conveniently off Congress and Cesar Chavez, this session provides a serene open-air environment right across from The LINE Hotel.

Free Yoga & Mindful Movement

Free Community Class with Yoga Teacher Trainees

Support the next generation of wellness leaders with the Free Community Class with Yoga Teacher Trainees. This unique program allows dedicated students who have undergone extensive training to “stretch” their teaching muscles by leading public sessions.

November Project Workouts

Bilingual Zumba – Dittmar
