Movies in the Park Series in Austin – Raya and the last dragon

Description: Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Raya and the Last Dragon travels to the fantasy world of Kumandra, where humans and dragons lived together in harmony long ago. But when an evil force threatened the land, the dragons sacrificed themselves to save humanity. Now, 500 years later, that same evil has returned and it’s up to a lone warrior, Raya, to track down the legendary last dragon to restore the fractured land and its divided people.
Movies in the Park is a series of free films brought to you by Austin Parks Foundation (APF). This year, APF is partnering with Rocket to Cinema to bring you free movies in parks all over Austin. Residents and visitors bring their blanket or lawn chairs for a fun and relaxing evening under the beautiful Austin night sky.
Dogs, picnics and lawn chairs are welcome. Alcoholic beverages, glass and styrofoam are not permitted in the park. Recyling bins are provided, but the public is requested to help out by packing out all of your own trash. Smoking is also prohibited in the park, per city law.
