SFX Makeup Workshop: LOVED TO DEATH (kit included)

Do you LOVE horror films? Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Austin Film School has curated a special SFX workshop for anyone interested in SFX practical makeup effects or learning more about SFX make techniques with a Valentine’s Day twist! 

Designed as a low-pressure, one-day learning experience, participants will explore SFX looks inspired by some of our favorite Valentine’s Day horror films and recreate an iconic look encompassing carved skin, lots of red blood, literal heart eyes. Students will learn and play with industry-grade products provided in your handcrafted and curated LOVED TO DEATH SFX makeup box delivered straight to your home!

In our live workshop, you’ll be able to chat in real-time, ask questions, learn hands-on with real products, and get access to tried and true methods and techniques. Our SFX workshops are bite-sized versions of our SFX course series and are a perfect introduction to SFX for film friends, filmmakers, and horror film fanatics!
