Gentle morning yoga & meditation
This class will be focused on starting the morning with mindfulness and gentle movement. This class aims to be nourishing to the body and mind using mindful movement, meditation, and intentional breathing. All levels of participation are welcome. You may register online at www.rootedmindbody.com and will receive a link to the online class at least one hour before class begins. This class is offered on a sliding scale to be accessible to all in the community. We meet Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30 am.
