I’ve spent a few nights here on business. Wonderful golf course and pool. The foods really good too. The only change I would make would be to get rid of the rap music on the jukebox and put lots of Texas music in the bar.

My husband and I are newly weds and were married on October 6th. We are native Texans and love the Hill Country. We are living in New Jersey now and very much displaced Texans hoping to return to Texas in a few years. A second honeymoon in the Hill Country and a dose of Texas sunshine would be just what we could use at this time. It would be the most perfect way to share our first holiday season together. After 30+yrs apart, my High School sweetheart and I found each other once again…we have been together 1 yr now and are finally getting married in August. We have a vacation coming up (3 weeks) and that would make a nice vacation get away. We have been to different parts of Texas on little get aways, but have yet to make it to the Hil Country! I have never had a honeymoon or a vacation! Never had enough money 2 . Seems like I have spent my entire life taking care of faimly. I have a special needs child, take care of my mother, my grandkids, my hubby because the last several months he has been in and out of the v.a. hospital, I am simply tired. Simply the best resort in Texas, in my opinion. Kid’s activities while parents have some grown-up time, evening campfires with S’mores and separate pools for families & adults…it’s really just fantastic!
