Yoga in the Dark (Free Yoga Session)

Our last session of free yoga for 2020 is upon us! This session will take place on December 30, 2020 — two days before a new year begins. 

This beginner-friendly yoga class with Sarah Beames is themed around the gorgeous and masterfully moody “Pier & Loft” album by Hiroshi Yoshimuro. Designed as an hour-long practice, students can expect to move at a pace that compliments the ambient-electronic tones of the music. Yoga in the D A R K is a collective experience celebrating intention, movement, and music. Bring a candle to your mat so we can light them together! All levels welcome.
