CACAO CEREMONY + SOUND HEALING

Join us for an opportunity to connect with cacao, a heart opening superfood. We’ll invite the spirit of cacao in to open our hearts to make room for an abundance of love to flow through us and into our lives. Followed by gentle movement, sound bath and yoga nidra for a complete cosmic experience and deep relaxation.

Drinking cacao together in a sacred ritual, where intentions are set, can unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions and connect us to ourselves and the loving energy within our body. Cacao connects us to our energetic hearts, helps open our heart space and connects us on a deeper level to ourselves and others through the frequency of love, compassion and joy.

Cacao is a natural stimulant, vasodilator and muscle relaxant. Helping to relax our hard working bodies, allowing blood to flow more freely through our blood vessels and energize the nervous system.
