If the spirit of Austin could be materialized into a spirit, then Dulce Vida tequila packs the right type of punch. It’s crafted with care, low-carb, vegan, and mellow yet flavorful. It even has a positive impact on the Austin community through partnerships with nonprofits.

“Dulce Vida began its roots in Austin nearly 10 years ago when launching the 100-proof organic Tequila. Austin owned and operated, Dulce Vida speaks to being real, authentic, and approachable…not pretentious…just like Austin,” said CEO and founder of Milestone Brands, Eric Dopkins.

So what really sets Dulce Vida apart from other spirits?

Let’s Start With Sustainability

Dulce Vida crafts tequila with integrity, using a process that honors the spirit’s purity. The company also works closely with the community of agave farmers in the village of San Ignacio Cerro Gordo, in Jalisco, Mexico, actively engaging in every step of distillation.

The tequila is produced meeting the requirements for organic production and sustainable practices. Production waste is recaptured to yield a nutrient-rich soil supplement to the local farming community.

Something for Every Palate

Whether you’re a purist or inventive mixologist, you’re sure to find a taste that’s just right. Dulce Vida offers the traditional blanco and añejo options, but you’ll also find infused flavors like lime and pineapple jalapeño.

The company also produces “skinny drinks” and soda cocktails, so you can indulge without the guilt. The low-cal/low-carb infusions are always a solid win for Austin fitness junkies. They are even featured in well-known gyms across town including:

  • Ignite Fitness
  • Orange Theory
  • MADabolic

Full of philanthropic spirit, Dulce Vida brings refreshment to Austin’s favorite nonprofit events. While the local company is constantly throwing its name behind community causes, this is a small sample of charities you might be familiar with:

  • Black Fret
  • Candlelight Ranch
  • Health Alliance for Austin Musicians
  • Latinitas
