Weekly Workouts at Waterloo

This Fall, at Waterloo Greenway, there will be outdoor workouts for anyone in Austin. There are three chances to get moving every week. On Mondays, bring your mat for a mindful yoga flow with live music.

If you’re looking to get into a fitness routine. Then try out Yoga FIT. This will be a 12 week series of stretching, movement, and more that will allow you to find a balance between health and a busy personal schedule.
