Austin’s Yule Bazaar is in its 14th year. They’re going big with beverages and locally handmade goods.
Peruse unique items while listening and watching live music by Starmind Ceremony, Dream Eater, The Prog Fuzz 63, and Sam Arnold’s Jazz Perturbers.

Family Holiday Paint Party Night

Get your family together for a night of Christmas cheer and art-making.
You’ll get to paint holiday items, like Christmas trees, ornaments, menorahs, and winter animals.

Fun Events in Austin Today for Kids
Burnet Square will be a twinkling wonderland. Come by and let the Christmas spirit fill your hearts.
Holiday sculptures are created with thousands of lights, including a lighted tunnel (perfect for family photo ops!) They’ll even have static and moving displays, adding to the magic your kiddies will experience. On the east entrance of the courthouse, a beautifully decorated Christmas tree will greet you.
The magic starts on the east end of Wallace Riddell Park, continues to Main and Washington Streets, and Jackson Street, and ends at Hamilton Creek Park.
While it’s possible to walk the Burnet Trail of Lights, you might want to consider driving to each location and parking. You can park in the Square, take in the courthouse, and then walk to Hamilton Creek Park before or after visiting Wallace Riddell Park.

Lights Spectacular

See Lights Spectacular this weekend with the family. “The Twinklest Town in Texas” has over two million Christmas lights, making it visible in space!
Walk the historic square off Main Street, Memorial Park, and PEC headquarters with family and take in the cheerful holiday vibes. Be on the lookout for The Clauses too! You might be able to take some photos with them.

Ice skating is one of the best things to do this winter season. Take everyone to Lakeside Park to slide for some fun on the ice! The festive music will add to the holiday vibes and charm.

Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience

This immersive experience takes you on an adventure into an illuminated forest filled with wizarding wonders and magical creatures from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.
