Every Friday we invite you to come enjoy a relaxing morning on our shaded and welcoming grounds.\nHold yourself with grace. Allow for the journey. Discover what serves you best. We all bring a different story to the mat, and know that you are always your clearest teacher. The yoga practice space is there for you to make it yours with support along the way. You are welcome to totally chill and take a deeply peaceful path during class, and if you’re interested in coming along I’ll facilitate a dynamic place where peace and power meet. I delight in the way we somewhat lose ourselves as well as find ourselves within the practice. Come flow and grow in this community class at Neill-Cochran House Museum! We’ll meet on the lawn in the dense shade of amazing trees. See you there!\nThis event will take place on our front lawn (weather permitting) allowing all guests to breathe in the relaxing morning air.
