DESCRIPTION:Hemispheric Sounds Presented by Austin Symphony Orchestra Live at the Long Center\nNever performed before by the ASO, Beethoven’s famous Emperor  Piano Concerto christens the stage at the hands of Stewart Goodyear, proclaimed “a phenomenon” by the Los Angeles Times. The Hemispheric Sounds concert opens with Lyric for Strings by Pulitzer Prize winner George Walker, considered one of America’s greatest composers.
